bild på eldskulptur
Fire has always fascinated humans. There are ancient customs and rituals connected to fire and gods to guard it. A workshop in fire sculpture is a lot about learning to collaborate around an artistic performance, aesthetics and construction.

A traditionally built fire sculpture is big, 2-7 meters high and build of straw and wood. We work outdoors together in groups 4-5 people.

The length of the workshop varies between two- five very intense days depending on the contents of the workshop witch can be adapted after needs and wishes.

The workshop is completed with the Fire feast, the large burning of the sculptures in the sunset. The burning is very spectacular and usually attract a large number of spectators.
